About Me

I started my fitness journey 8 years ago at 60kg and have experienced a wide range of body transformations myself — from building up to 110kg, then cutting back down to 70kg to compete in natural bodybuilding in 2023.

I competed three times across regional and state levels, which gave me firsthand experience in physique development, disciplined training, dieting, and competition preparation.

More recently, I’ve found real fulfilment in helping others improve their overall quality of life through fitness. Whether someone wants to lose body fat, build muscle, get stronger, improve confidence, or simply feel better day to day, I’m passionate about helping them create lasting change.

Coaching Style

Having gone through strict dieting, body transformations, and competitive bodybuilding myself, I understand both the physical and mental challenges that come with chasing a goal.

My coaching style is built around structure, accountability, and results. I work closely with each client to understand their goals — no matter how big or small — and create a tailored training and nutrition plan that suits them.

My goal is to make the process clear, effective, and enjoyable while helping each client build confidence, consistency, and long-term results.
