Can I access the gym 24/7?
16+ years old can access the gym 24/7 using a 24hour access pass. These can be purchase online or from Reception.
I need to change my personal details and/or payment information
You can change your personal details and payment information via the ClubWorx App OR in the member login portal – You can change your personal details and payment information via the VibeZ App OR in club at Reception.
Do you accept Fitness Passport?
Yes, VibeZ is Fitness Passport approved. Head to the membership section to sign up as a VibeZ Fitness Passport Member.
What’s the minimum age to Join VibeZ 24/7 Fitness?
Minimum age is 12 years old
What should I bring?
Please bring your towel, water bottle and wear gym attire and appropriate footwear.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, you can bring a friend for a 7 day trial* OR casual day pass. Your friend will need to sign in at reception and complete a pre-exercise questionnaire. Casual entry costs apply.
Periodically, we will run “Bring a Friend for FREE” Promotions. This will allow you to bring a friend/s for free when you train.
They will need to complete a health questionnaire and sign-in on the manual entry sheet.
Anyone NOT following the procedure will be caught by the tailgating system and the member fined.
*1 x 7 Day Trial Per Person (Must reside locally)
Who can I ask if I’m not sure how to use equipment?
Please ask our friendly gym staff, if you need assistance with a piece of equipment.
What happens if I lose my Access Pass?
Please speak to staff regarding a replacement Access Pass. $29 Fee applies.
When should I expect to see results?
Results from your fitness workouts will vary according to your goals, training routine, dietary intake and lifestyle. For best results it is recommended to speak with a Personal Trainer regarding your goals.
I am new to the gym, who can I ask for advice/tips?
If you are new to the gym, please book in for a Fitness Appraisal and Gym Induction.
Are staff trained in first aid?
All gym staff are fully qualified and have current First Aid and CPR.
Do you accept Fitness Passport?
Yes, VibeZ is Fitness Passport approved. Head to the membership section to sign up as a VibeZ Fitness Passport Member.
I am pregnant, is it still safe to workout?
It is recommended that you seek approval from your GP to ensure you are ok to exercise. Personal Training sessions are strongly encouraged.
How can I choose a PT?
Our Personal Trainer profiles are available to view in club as well as in the “Our Team” section of the website
How can I book in with my PT or change my session time?
Please contact the gym or PT directly to make alternate arrangements.
I have injuries and am nervous about starting with a new PT, what should I do?
You will need to disclose all injuries to your PT during the appraisal session, also if there are activities you are not comfortable doing or increase pain advise your PT immediately and they will provide a different exercise.
How do I cancel my membership?
It’s easy! Pop into the club during staffed hours to cancel your membership. We require 14 days’ notice from receipt of the cancellation form.
Can I place my membership on hold?
Yes, if you are injured, financially struggling, working away or any other reason, you can place your membership on hold for up to 2 months.
