Terms and Conditions
- Points will be credited to your account once a Qualifying Transaction has been completed in our point-of-sale system
- Points are accrued on membership and product sales. Points will not accrue on any dishonoured membership payments. Points will be removed for the declined membership payments and dishonour fees incurred by the debiting company for a declined payment
- Ready to Go Drinks (RTG’s) including Energy Drinks (C4, Raze, BANG etc), Protein Shakes, Water and/or similar single serve products, will NOT accrue points.
- Points will not accrue on discounted or sale items
- We may correct erroneous, invalid points or adjust for reversed transactions at any time even if it would put your membership account into a negative points balance.
- You may check your points balance at any time in club, or by contacting us via the VibeZ website or by emailing us on info@vibezfitness.com.au. We may also, at our discretion, periodically send you a points summary using the contact details you provided. We may make your points balance available in other ways, for example, on a Participants’ receipt.
- Loyalty Points, and any VibeZ Dollars, automatically expire if not redeemed within 12 months of issue.
- You cannot transfer, sell, or give your points to any other person.
- Loyalty program points are not transferrable or redeemable for cash or equivalent everyday currency.
- If you are registered and have sufficient points in your account, you may use your points in exchange for money off your purchase.
- The VibeZ Points are redeemable against other transactions and we reserve the right to disallow redemption against already discounted products or during specific sale periods.
- If you terminate (cancel) your membership with VibeZ 24/7 Fitness, any points accrued will be removed.
- The Loyalty Points Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/promotion, discount or voucher
VibeZ Points:
- We may, in our discretion, make any change we see fit to these Terms and Conditions, including, without limitation:
– the range of Participants and Qualifying Transactions;
– the points you can earn on Qualifying Transactions;
– the range of rewards and the number of points required for rewards;
– the period for expiry of existing or future points or Loyalty program points in your account. - We will give you notice of any change to the Terms and Conditions or as set out in 5.1, at our sole discretion:
– via the VibeZ website; and/or
– a notice posted instore and/or
– by direct communications sent to members. - In addition to the right to terminate in 3.5, we may terminate your VibeZ Loyalty program membership immediately and without notice where you:
– fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
– provide misleading information or make any misrepresentation to us or to any Participant in connection with VibeZ Loyalty program;
– are abusive or offensive to any of our or our Participants’ staff - Where your Loyalty program membership is terminated, all members on your Loyalty program account will cease to be entitled to earn and redeem points and your points will be deleted.
- Respecting your personal information is very important to us. The Loyalty program Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. The Loyalty program Privacy Policy sets out what personal information we collect, how we use it, to whom we may disclose it and what your privacy choices are. Our Privacy Policy is available on the VibeZ website or on request from the info@vibezfitness.com.au
- We will not be liable to you for the termination of the Loyalty program for any reason whatsoever, including (without limitation) for any points or Loyalty program point/dollars in your account at the time of termination.
- Any liability we may have to you in negligence, breach of contract or otherwise, and all conditions and warranties as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied by Loyalty program whether express or implied by statute, are excluded to the extent permitted by law, and, where liability cannot be excluded, our liability to you will in all cases be limited to:
– the cost of re-supplying the goods or services or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the goods;
– reinstating number of points in dispute; - Any tax, liability, or duty incurred by a member arising from a member’s participation in the VibeZ Loyalty program is the responsibility of the member.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- In these Terms and Conditions “we”, “us”, or “our” means VibeZ (VibeZ 24/7 Fitness, ABN 60617883959) or its authorised representatives.
Membership Terms and Conditions
- Refer a Member who joins on direct debit membership e.g Lifestyle membership – and receive a $50 GIFT CARD
- $50 GIFT CARD ONLY applies to Direct debit memberships
- Referral program may change or discontinue anytime at the discretion of the company
- VibeZ 24/7 Fitness may launch another referral campaign which will take precedence over this program
